Manages the overall activities of an operations center department of 50 employees and a budget in excess of $100M. Experience with Compliance, Vendor Management, 3rd party collection agencies, Collections/Recovery, Credit/Financial Services, Customer Service and Write-Offs. Bachelor's degree a MUST, Masters a plus. This position is heavily geared toward the Consumer/Residential side of the house.
